I am a person with 20 years of experience in the education field, this journey has given me a lot of insights on the current scenario. Nowadays, guiding children to set their career is really a challenge for parents. The entire society is standing on the cross road without the proper direction. The dreams many set are not turned into fruitful one due to multiple factors. I have worked with abroad spectrum of student community ranging from High school to the university or college. The amount of stress and strain our education system impose on children is unimaginable. A wrong decision taken on a person’s career may lead to resentment.

As my entire career was confined with the interaction among students of different levels. Beginning from a career counsellor for school level student who aspires for IIT/JEEE or Medical profession to The university level students who have strife to niche a placement in their dream company, I understood my thirst to help them in achieving their dream career. I have a clear vision to support the student community to cross over the highly torrential flow of competition and labyrinth of career options

I recently retired from my service in a private college where I worked as Trainer and placement in charge . It was a role totally connected to the career of Students. My experience in this area was highly an overwhelming one. In my recent role my interaction with young adults who crossed their school time and were predisposed to lot of convictions. It was a difficult process to align their attitude, skill and passion with the opportunities opened to them. An Engineering student has lot of prejudices about their career and once his cherished dreams get shattered he will be in extreme plight, for instance, I had a student who was real talented in photography joined for Engineering and miserably fails to meet the academics. Later on, he was turned up as a talented photographer and joined in one reputed print Media. So, I found that the real taste and passion of a child has to be identified and nurtured in the early age of schooling. My Experience in this role taught me that most of the people’s career happens not on choice but on chance. This crisis leads to big socio economic problems in the society.

Here I think I can definitely add value to the people’s life and career by properly and scientifically identifying, guiding and nurturing their real potential to escalate them to greater heights.
